Terms of Service

Whenever you commission my artistic services, you legally agree to the following terms. Please read these carefully - I’ve kept them as short as I can.

PAYMENT

❖ Payment is required in full upfront (unless otherwise agreed) in USD (NO cryptocurrencies) through PayPal invoice only.

❖ Once I begin your commission, I will not offer a refund of any payment except at my own discretion.

❖ If for any reason I find myself unable to complete your commission, I will refund you the payment in full regardless of work completed.

MY COPYRIGHT

I retain all copyrights over my work. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed. 

❖ I will respect any request to not publicly post a finished commission.

❖ I cannot and will not claim your pet/intellectual property as my own, or reuse/resell commissioned images for personal and commercial projects unless otherwise agreed.

❖ I reserve the right to reject a commission prior to payment.

❖ I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs), or use commissioned art to train AI datasets.

YOUR COPYRIGHT

Your commissioned art piece is yours! You can use it for any personal use that you please, including printing, icons, signatures, wallpapers, etc.

❖ You may post/repost your finished piece anywhere online as long as I am appropriately credited. 

❖ You may not claim to have created my art yourself, edit it, or redistribute it commercially. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.

❖ You may not resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of cryptocurrency.

❖ You may not use any commissioned pieces to train AI datasets.
